Biography:
Ms. Kudlac received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Willamette University College of Law in 2005. She has been in private practice with the Law Offices of Frederick J. Carleton since graduation. Prior to her legal education, Shala obtained a Bachelor of Science from the University of Oregon in journalism. She is a native of the Oregon Coast having grown up in Port Orford, just south of Bandon.
