RV Occupancy

Recreational Vehicles (RVs) are regulated through Bandon Municipal Code Chapters 15.12 and 15.14. Occupancy of an RV within the city is permitted at a recreation park licensed by the State of Oregon and in some temporary circumstances. These include:

• Religious Institutions - visiting ministry
• Residential visits
• Vacant property maintenance 
• During Construction
• Medical emergency
• Temporary housing (Res 23-07)
