Biography:
Linda started working for the City in 1994. During this time she has worked several positions in the Finance Department. She is now in charge of the front desk and does the collections for the utility billing. Her duties include the items shown below:
- Answers the phone and transfers calls as needed.
- Takes utility payments from customers that come into the office.
- Manages all the collections for utility payments that are overdue.
- Reports to the City Council on a quarterly basis regarding discontinued utility bills that have not been paid.
