Pam Johnson

Pam began at the City of Bandon in September of 2015.  She is responsible for utility billing for electric, water and sewer customers both in the city and outside the city.  Her duties are shown in the following list:

• Prepares the meter reading devises for the electric and public works crew to be able to read the meters each month.
• Reviews the reports after the meters are read to insure that all have been read and that we have the crew recheck any that appear to be incorrect.
• Prepares, prints and places the bills in the envelopes to be mailed.
• Works with the U.S. Postal Service to ensure that all bills are mailed on the last working day of the month.
• Creates new customer accounts and terminates customers as needed.
• Backs up the font desk as needed.
