PUBLIC NOTICE

RECEIPT OF A BALLOT TITLE:

CITY OF BANDON TRANSIENT LODGING TAX INCREASE

Notice is hereby given that a ballot title has been received by the City of Bandon Elections Official from the Mayor and City Council for a referral to be placed on the August 23,2022, election ballot seeking voter approval to adopt an Enhanced Services Lodging Tax of 3.5%. Any registered voter who is dissatisfied with the ballot title may file a petition with the Coos County Circuit Court for review of the ballot title.  The deadline for filing such a petition is June 2, 2022, notice of such a petition must also be provided to the City of Bandon Elections Official no later than 5:00 PM on the 1st business day after the petition is filed with the Circuit Court.
