Bandon Housing Needs Analysis

In 2022, the City of Bandon released a Request for Proposals (RFP) to help the City prepare an update to the existing Housing Needs Analysis that was adopted as part of our Comprehensive Plan in the early 1990s and last updated in 2003. The city selected FCS Group, a consultant team that provides economic, land use, and infrastructure technical expertise to the public sector. 

This project will provide the City with clear direction to make policy and land use changes needed to meet our local housing demand. The information gleaned from the study will serve as a cornerstone of our Comprehensive Plan and help guide decision-making for housing over the next few years. We recognize that all housing is needed housing, and that meeting our local deman is critical to having a healthy, safe, and thriving community.
