4.1    RESOLUTION 24-02 OF THE BANDON CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF BANDON, COOS COUNTY, OREGON, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, TO ENTER INTO A TWINNING AGREEMENT WITH THE BANDON-KINSALE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT, COUNTY CORK, IRELAND, STRENGHENING EXISTING TIES OF HERITAGE, COMMERCE, AND FRIENDSHIP BETWEEN THE TWO GREATER BANDON AREAS

           4.2     ORDINACE 1662, AMENDMENTS TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND TITLE 17 OF THE BANDON MUNICIPAL CODE TO ADDRESS COASTAL PUBLIC ACCESS

 4.3    INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT: GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEM  (GIS) CONTRACT WITH THE LANE COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS

4.4    CONSIDER AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTER 2.18 OF THE BANDON MUNICIPAL CODE REGULATING THE COMMITTEE FOR CITIZEN INVOLVEMENT

5. PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS – Public Hearing Items are required to be duly noticed and are subject to public comments.

5.1     PLANNING ACTION 23-055, HEAVY INDUSTRIAL CODE AMENDMENT AND COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE

7.  PUBLIC COMMENTS - The City of Bandon offers this time for citizens to comment on municipal issues not already on the agenda. To provide a comment in person, you must sign in and return the form to the clerk before 7:05PM. If participating through Zoom you will need to raise your hand at the beginning of public comments. All participants please wait to be recognized for your turn to participate.  Comments should be limited to 3 minutes. Please supply 13 copies of any material brought to the meeting for distribution.
